Even if a small amount of oil accumulates in the separation tank, it does not immediately flow into the oil tank due to its structure. Thin oil, debris, and scum containing water are concentrated here and combine with the thick layer of oil. As the oil volume increases, it flows through the passage and enters the oil tank, accumulating. As oil accumulates, the oil level gradually rises, and when it reaches the upper limit, a photoelectric sensor activates, causing a piston connected to an air cylinder to move and cut off the flow from below. While blocking the oil from below, this state is maintained for a while to allow for water separation. The separated oil becomes a concentrated oil of about 95-98%, and the piston at the tip of the air cylinder moves to guide the oil from the separation tank.
